The chances are you have a high 'set point weight', and only by lowering that set point can you regain control of it. Join us on this 60-day mission, where obesity expert Liam Sartorius and the Rebelfit team will be helping you learn the new science of weight management.

Icon Think Phase One

Phase one is all about helping you understand your unique set point weight. Think of set point like the weight you gravitate towards, driven by your unique environment, psychology, biology and diet history.

Over the first 30-days the Rebelfit team will help you map out your set point and identify the key factors that are driving your weight gain. Only by understanding these factors, and changing these factors, can you lower your set point and facilitate weight loss.

Icon Training Phase Two

Lowering your set point weight takes time. In the meantime, how can you be as healthy as you possible can be whilst living with obesity? What can you do to improve your health and happiness right now?

Phase Two is all about teaching you how to exercise, eat well, think well and practice self-care, as someone living with obesity. In the second 30-days you'll receive expert exercise, nutrition and mental health support, specifically designed for bigger people who struggle to get motivated.
