on signing up to the mission you get access to two private facebook groups...

team mind - working on all things mental health!

team body - working on all things physical health!

you can choose to join one or both groups depending on your goals. each group has a dedicated team of health experts who are there to guide you through the mission.

every week we post 3 new 'mini missions' for you to take on with the team. each mini mission has a goal, a timescale and the option to pass on it if you don't have the time or energy.

the daily mini missions come in 6 different forms, each working on one of the 6 pillars of health:

nutrition - to nourish you and increase your self-care through food.

movement - to help you keep active and boost your mental health.

rest - to sleep better and develop a healthy lockdown routine.

environment - to reduce the risk of anxiety and depression.

connection - to connect with others through laughter and play.

purpose - to help you live a meaningful, healthy, long life.

Mission Possible 1

Icon Train team body

for all those who want to improve their physical health and fitness during lockdown, this group includes a selection of 60 day home fitness plans to suit different goals and abilities.

free fit - 3 equipment free workouts a week, combining yoga, pilates, gymnastics and other bodyweight moves for total body strength and fitness.

peak physique - 3 resistance training workouts a week, using a mix of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, designed to improve your composition.

road runner - 3 endurance runs per week, graded to your unique level of fitness, helping you work towards either a 2km, 5km or 10km personal best.

iron body - 3 kettlebell conditioning workouts a week, designed to develop strength, cardio, flexibility, balance and core stability all in one.

You can mix'n'match workouts from the different plans, as well as ask for help tailoring the workouts to your unique fitness level. As with all missions there is a group 'support box' where a qualified personal trainer will guide you!

this option allows you to pay in two instalments. the 1st instalment comes out on signing up and the 2nd instalment is one month later.

this option allows you to pay for the mission in advance. this also earns you a discount, saving you £12 on the full mission price.

this option allows you to donate £10 towards our rebel sponsorship fund, to pay for rebels who ordinarily can't afford to join us on the mission!
