During Phase Two, the second week, we'll be showing you what a week living free from diet culture looks and feels like. No dieting. No scales. No body shame. Just living and eating free from the weight of expectation.

In this phase, you’ll experience...

🌿 Flexible Eating: Learning how to eat, and overeat, free from guilt and shame.

By the end of this week, you'll have a practical toolkit for living a life free from diet culture, empowering you to continue your journey towards a healthier, happier relationship with your body and food.
