Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on rebelfit.co.uk you agree to be bound by the following terms between you and us (Rebelfit Limited, 12 Bluebell Drive, Lower Stondon, Henlow, Beds, SG16 6NN “Rebelfit”)
These are defined terms:
“Mission” – a 60 day nutrition and fitness plan together with ongoing group support.
“Mission Pack” – a pack containing certain information to support a mission.
“Mission Group” – the group accessible via facebook through which ongoing group is given.
“Support Box” – the pinned post in the mission group, where questions to leaders are posted.
Buying from us
You may only purchase from Rebelfit if you are aged 16 years or over. you will need an active email address and a Facebook account.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase access to a mission from us. Where you order more than one mission, your order comprises a series of offers for each item individually.
Acceptance of your order will take place only when you join one of our private Facebook groups, on your first day of joining. Until you join the private Facebook group no contract will have been formed between you and us.
Health
You are responsible for ensuring that you are capable of joining (and continuing with) a mission from a fitness/health perspective. If you are unsure or suffer from any medical condition, please speak with a health care professional before you request to join or embark upon a mission. If you become unwell or injured during the course of a mission, please inform us and contact a health care professional.
Payment
You can pay for a mission by any of the methods specified on rebelfit.co.uk
We will take payment from you at the time you place your order. We will contact you if we have any problems taking payment from the details you provide during the order process. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible.
Where paying by instalments, we may cancel membership if a mission payment is not received by a specified due date.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on rebelfit.co.uk are inclusive of vat and other applicable taxes.
Mission content and mission packs
The content of the private Facebook groups, mission packs and all user generated posts and data included within mission groups is the property of Rebelfit. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use it for the duration of your subscription to our missions or the duration of a mission.
You may not share or forward any mission packs or information from any of our Facebook groups. Any person suspected of breaching this condition (at the discretion of Rebelfit) will be removed from the mission with immediate effect and will not be entitled to a refund.
The service provided to you is a mission pack and access to ongoing support via the Facebook group. There is no right to private message rebel veterans or to receive a response to any such message. All questions should be posted in the support box or as otherwise directed by Rebelfit.
Our private Facebook groups rely on trust, support and positivity of all the members. If you are suspected of being disruptive or negatively impacting the group (whether within the private Facebook group or outside of it, including on other social media groups) Rebelfit reserves the right to remove you from the group immediately and without right to a refund.
Your right to cancel
Where you place an order through rebelfit.co.uk you can cancel your order at any time before joining the mission group and we will provide a full refund of the price you have paid. Once you have joined the mission group you can no longer cancel. Where you have opted to pay via instalments the full amount needs to be paid, even if you choose to leave a mission early.
You may cancel your subscription to at any time, however on cancellation you must remove yourself from the private Facebook group and unsubscribe from our email list. Failure to do this will result in us invoicing you for any additional content received. We offer no refunds. Your place on a mission is non-assignable and non-transferable.
You are granted a non-exclusive, personal licence to use the mission packs and materials for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation of your subscription your licence expires.
We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the general terms and conditions or the returns policy will be effective for all new orders placed after the change is published on the rebelfit.co.uk.
These terms are governed by the law of England and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
