Iron Body™ is designed for every woman ready to transform her strength and fitness, regardless of where she’s starting from. Big or small, old or young, fit or unfit, this mission will empower you to make the best of your body.

  • New to training? Don’t worry! Iron Body™ will guide you through the foundational strength moves, helping you build confidence and strength with clear, simple progressions.
  • Already experienced? If you're ready to push harder, Iron Body™ offers our most advanced strength workouts to help you break through plateaus and achieve your leanest physique.

There are 3 private coaching groups to choose from based on your desired level of training: Nervy Newbies, Rising Rebels and Rebel Elite.

Starting strength training can feel daunting, but this group is here to make it easy, fun and inclusive of all abilities. If you're feeling unfit or a little nervous, this is the perfect place to begin.

The mission is led by Liam Sartorius, a seasoned personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience in helping people build strength, burn fat and transform their physique.
