Who is it for?
Iron Body™ is our flagship strength mission, designed for every woman ready to transform her strength and fitness, regardless of where she’s starting from. Big or small, old or young, fit or unfit, this mission will empower you to make the best of your body.
- New to training? Don’t worry! Iron Body™ will guide you through the foundational strength moves, helping you build confidence and strength with clear, simple progressions.
- Already experienced? If you're ready to push harder, try our most advanced strength workouts to help you break through plateaus and achieve your leanest physique.
There are 2 private coaching groups to choose from based on your desired level of training: Rebel Newbies & Rebel Elite.

Rebel Newbies
Starting strength training can feel daunting, but this group is here to make it easy, fun and inclusive of all abilities. If you're feeling unfit or a little nervous, this is the perfect place to begin.
🤗 Friendly and Supportive: A judgment-free space for all shapes and sizes.
💪 Build Confidence: Simple, 10 minute workouts that are safe and effective.
🎯 Realistic Goals: Progress that feels manageable and tailored to you.
🏋🏼♀️ What You Need: 2x2kg to 2x3kg dumbbells, a broom, mop or dowel.

Ready to push boundaries and achieve peak performance? This advanced group is for experienced rebels who want to refine their technique and take their strength to the highest level.

💪 Push Your Limits: 20 to 30 minute advanced workouts for veteran lifters.
☀️ Heat Up Your Training: Fresh workouts for your strongest summer body.
🏋🏼♀️ What You Need: 2x4kg to 2x8kg dumbbells, or a 12kg to 16kg kettlebell.

The mission is led by Liam Sartorius, a seasoned personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience in helping people build strength, burn fat and transform their physique.
