💭 What Is Physique Training?
Physique training is a unique form of body building that changes bodies and lives. It's not just about how you look - it's about who you become on the journey.
We train to:

At Rebel Physique Club™ we are rewriting the rules on who gets to train physique. This club isn’t for the genetically gifted or the gym elite. It’s for the woman who’s been left behind, overlooked, shamed. Told she’s too old, too big or too broken.

This is where the journey begins. Rebel Foundations is our core Facebook group - a safe space where women of all shapes and sizes come to lay the foundation for their strongest self.
What you'll get:

✅ Expert coaching and video feedback to help you lift safely and effectively

What you'll get:

For this group you’ll need 2x5kg dumbbells or a 12kg kettlebell to start - but expect to level up fast.
